How can I manage the employee (sub accounts) that are on the account?
Sub accounts can be managed by logging in with your admin login and selecting the “Tutorials” tab on the menu and watching the Corporate Account Management video.
How does the invoicing work?
Invoicing is all taken care of through your company credit card that was used to initially create the account. The receipts will be sent to the admin account email either monthly or annually, which ever subscription was selected.
Are consults included in the subscription cost?
Unfortunately the online consultation services are not included with the subscription. The online consultations are available to both members and non members of Curastream.
Can my spouse, partner, or significant other also become a member of Curastream?
Yes we would love the whole family to be on board! Depending on the size of your company, you may have also received a discount code to hand out to the employees for their family members to use.
Are the consultations with a Physiotherapist covered under my employee health benefits?
This will largely depend on your insurance coverage policy. All the professionals’ billing numbers will be attached to your booking confirmation email. Please use that number when attempting to submit your claim with your insurance provider.
